FRANCISCO D. GONZALEZ, AIA

PRESIDENT AND CEO

GONZALEZ NEWELL BENDER, INC.

Francisco is the design architect and project coordinator for numerous office, commercial, and apartment projects throughout Texas and California. He began his career working for Bender Associates producing documents for the Dominion Country Club. In the mid 1980’s, he traveled to California where he opened his own firm gaining experience in commercial architecture and hotel/motel design. He returned to San Antonio, where he was appointed Project Manager for San Antonio’s City Central Library Building and help establish Gonzalez Newell Bender, Inc. in 1998.

LARRY K. NEWELL, AIA, NCARB

VICE PRESIDENT

GONZALEZ NEWELL BENDER, INC

Larry has extensive experience in master planning and site development as well as years of experience managing numerous projects that include high-density apartment projects, office buildings, commercial/retail centers, and country clubs. He has an outstanding record of working with in the requirements of the project. Larry, also a former colleague of Bender Associates, branched out with Francisco in 1998 to establish Gonzalez Newell Bender, Inc.

BEN EASTMAN, IIDA/RID

VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERIOR DESIGN

Ben is responsible for applying the principals and norms of design to the interior needs of the project. He brings to the firm broad experience in programming, space planning, schematic design, construction documents, contract administration, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
