Francisco is a design architect and project coordinator of numerous office, commercial, and apartment projects throughout Texas and California. He first worked for Bender Associates producing documents for the Dominion Country Club. In the mid 1980’s, he traveled to California where he opened his own firm gaining experience in commercial architecture and hotels/motels. He returned to San Antonio, where he was Project Manager for San Antonio’s City Central Library Building. Francisco became the President and CEO of Gonzalez Newell Bender, Inc. when founded in 1998.
Larry has extensive experience in master planning and site development as well as years of experience managing numerous projects that include high-density apartment projects, office buildings, commercial/retail centers, and country clubs. He has an outstanding record of working with the requirements of the project. Larry, also a former colleague of Bender Associates, branched out with Francisco in 1998. He is now Executive Vice President of Gonzalez Newell Bender, Inc.
As Vice President of Interior Design, Ben is responsible for applying the principals and norms of design to the interior needs of the project. Ben brings to the firm broad experience in programming, space planning, schematic design, construction documents, contract administration, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
